• Dusting Group performs background checks on its service partners, but users are advised to exercise caution and common sense for their own safety and property protection. Users agree that Dusting Group is not liable for any damages or missing items that may occur during or after service completion by a partner.
• If you choose to pay the fee, must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.

• Dusting Group will charge you for your finalized bookings through the payment method specified on the website.

• Bookings can be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ written notice sent to contact@dustinggroup.com. A cancellation fee of up to RS. 250* may be charged to cover administrative expenses.
• Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users, transacting, or otherwise using the website.
• Dusting Group’s cleaning service provider partners may face penalties for damages caused to homes or interiors during cleaning. However, clients are solely responsible for the safety of their belongings and property interiors during the cleaning session, and Dusting Group is not liable for any damages occurring while entering or exiting the property, nor are the cleaners or Dusting Group obligated to cover damages during the cleaning itself.
• In the event that any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable or invalid, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary to preserve the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Dusting Group retains the right to transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and Conditions, including its rights and obligations, without requiring consent.
• Dusting Group is not liable for services booked independently with their partners without the company’s knowledge or not arranged through their customer service team.
• Dusting Group uses various communication channels, including Whatsapp, SMS, email, and notifications, to send messages regarding appointment confirmations, updates, and marketing materials.

Refund/Return policy

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

We accept payments online using Google Pay, Paytm, Cash, Online transfer to companies Bank account.

Quality Assurance Program / Quality Control Policy

Random quality inspections are regularly conducted to assess the on-duty performance and work quality of crew members.

Here are the 3 methods we use in maintaining the quality checks:

• Unannounced Visit – To ensure cleaners are properly uniformed and performing their duties thoroughly and completely.
• On-Site Inspection – A walk-thru with the cleaner and/or the client during regular business hours.
• Follow-up – A brief telephone call by our customer service agents after your session has been completed.
